Notice to Bahia Lakes Residents

The Bahia Lakes Pool uses an Electronic Keyless Entry System.   To access the pool you will need to register for a token (fob) during a BOD conducted pool fob issuing sessions at the Bahia Lakes pool. All sessions require preregistration with the BOD.

Residents living in the community must pre-register to sign for their fob at the pool cabana during a registration session. To schedule a registration session, please e-mail your contact information and required access application forms to the BOD, they will contact you via return e-mail to coordinate a date and time for the session.


Lost or Misplaced Fobs: To replace a lost fob, a fee of $15.00 paid by check or money order only, made out to Bahia Lakes HOA.

Homeowners: You will need to complete and e-mail the resident information form, also each adult (18 years old or older) in the household, must submit a signed Amenities Safety & Consent Form.  During your scheduled registration session, bring a form of picture identification and you will need to show your 2021 Property Tax notice, you can download yours at (www.hillstax.org). 

Recently Purchased Homes: The seller should have provided you their fob (it was disabled at closing) it will need to be re-programmed.  The HOA BOD will need a copy of the closing document showing your name as the buyer (page 1 of the HUD Statement or equivalent).  You will also need to complete and e-mail the resident information form, and each adult (18 years old or older) in the household, must submit a signed Amenities Safety & Consent Form.  During your scheduled registration session, bring a form of picture identification


Renters: Your landlord should have provided you the fob issued to your address (it was disabled at the termination of the previous lease) it will need to be re-programmed.  You must turn-in or e-mail a copy of your current signed lease agreement, complete and e-mail the Tenant Information Form, and each adult (18 years old or older) in the household, must submit a signed Amenities Safety & Consent Form.  During the registration session, bring a form of picture identification.
