The Bahia Lakes' Legal Counsel and our Insurance Carrier have reviewed the current Florida Department of Health restrictions as related to the operation of the community pool. The Bahia Lakes Community Pool is licensed to operate under Hillsborough County DOH mandates, and policies. The new guidelines and the Keyless Access System Server reprogramming will require a new Resident Information Form and Bahia Lakes Amenity Safety Rules/User Consent Form, that must be signed by every household member & guests 18 years old or older, and e-mailed to the BOD, prior to the household key fob being re-activated. The new Amenity Safety Rules/User Consent form and detailed procedures posted below took effect on 1 June 2021.
