Seasonal Decorations

Although it is the Association’s obligation to retain the aesthetic integrity of our
community, the Board of Directors join our residents in celebtating the spirit of the
season.  The following guidelines are meant to provide good neighborly cooperation
throughout the year, helping to enjoy the beauty of the holidays, and neighbors’ year-
round goodwill.

Exterior decorations such as seasonal or “holiday” decorations shall be limited,
modest and unobtrusive.
Holiday decorations/lights can be put up no sooner than 30 days before the
date of the holiday and must be taken down no later than two weeks
afterwards.
Noise emitting decorations, bright or flashing lights should not cause a
nuisance to neighbors.
Outdoor decorations with sound emitting elements can only operate during the
hours from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Inflatables or 3-D decor must be properly anchored to the ground, to avoid a
safety hazard.

The Architectural Review Committee retains the right to approve (or disapprove)
holiday displays.
